Ode to Bunny was inspired by a rabbit I found at my front door...all cold and abandoned in a tiny cage, (some fracker just left him there!).

Not being able to take care of him myself I found a foster home for him (yes I didn't want to let him go, he was a very cute little bunny rabbit) but the inspirations of that day, watching him nibble on a bit of lettuce, cleaning his big floppy ears left me with the inclination to draw a picture about it.

Bit late putting this up oh well...Get Us to Galway's silent auction was great fun. Lovely artwork on the walls, tasty wine with cake and good people to natter with. They were very happy with the turn out and the donations given.

THIS SHOULD BE A GOOD NIGHT! I will be donating some screenprints for silent auction at a fundraiser by Get Us To Galway at Filmbase on Wednesday 25th January.

They're making a feature film and need the aid of some funds. They begin shooting in March and intend to premiere their film at the Galway Film Festival 2012.

There will be live music, cupcakes and wine and of course some fantastic work from established and emerging artists to bid.

Entry is free

Venue – Filmbase, Curve Street, Temple Bar (opposite the Button Factory)

All Kicks Off - 6.00pm to 9.30pm. Bidding will close at 9pm so bring your friends

My stall @ the Benbullben Craft Fair 2011 looked very pretty. It was jam packed with new psychedelic creations.

I had large collages, limited edition screenprints, greeting cards, giclee prints, handmade magnets and my Mum's Blue Moon Angels.

Thank you so much to Jerusha for setting up the event the mince pies, burgers and mulled wine were yummers.

On Saturday 17th Dec I am happy to say that I will be selling new works at the Indoor Craft Fair at the Benbulben Centre in Sligo from 10pm - 6pm. I will selling a range of watercolours, mixed media, screenprints, giclee prints and acceccories.

I will also be selling my Mum's beautiful Blue Moon Angels which she makes out of 100% handmade felt. (Yes she makes that herself too.)

Took a stab at making my own screenprints with some stretchers and sheer material. Just waiting for my binder and stencil emulsion to come in the mail and I'm ready to test them out. Very looking forward to it ")*
